Shipping policy

This person did not receive their product simply because he didn’t provide the right address so the package was returned to sender and I got it late yesterday and was going to ship today. This shouldn’t be a chargeback because it’s not my fault they put the wrong address. I sent out the hoodie so it’s simply their fault for not putting the correct information
